I’m a beginner – is this for me?
Absolutely! Classes are designed with beginners in mind. You’ll be guided gently through each exercise and can move at your own pace.

What should I wear?
Comfy gym clothes you can move easily in. Most people go barefoot or wear socks.

Do I need to bring a mat?
Mats are provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

How long is each class?
Each session lasts around 50 minutes.

Can I join part way through a term?
Yes, you can book into any available class — no need to wait for a new block to start.

Is there parking at the venue?
Yes, there’s free parking at Maesycwmmer Community Centre, plus nearby street parking.

What if I have an injury or health condition?
Please let me know before class. Exercises can be adapted to suit your needs so you can still take part safely. However with certain conditions you may be asked to speak to your GP first.

Do I need to bring anything else?
