Absolutely! Classes are designed with beginners in mind. You’ll be guided gently through each exercise and can move at your own pace.

What should I wear?
Comfy gym clothes you can move easily in. Most people go barefoot or wear grippy socks.

Do I need to bring a mat?
Mats are provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

How long is each class?
Each session lasts around 50 minutes.

Can I join part way through a term?
Yes, you can book into any available class — no need to wait for a new block to start.

Is there parking at the venue?
Yes, there’s free parking at all venues and nearby street parking.

What if I have an injury or health condition?
Always check with your GP or Health Professional before taking part in any exercise-related activity.

How do I book a class?

Do I need to bring anything else?
Just yourself, a bottle of water, and an open mind!
