Hi, I’m Bryony, the instructor behind Move Well Pilates.
I have over 20 years of experience in health, fitness, and education, and I’m passionate about helping people feel stronger, move better, and build confidence in their bodies. My approach to Pilates is supportive, inclusive, and focused on quality movement that supports everyday life.

I believe Pilates should feel accessible and empowering, not intimidating. My classes are designed to meet you where you are, whether you’re completely new to Pilates or returning after a break, with a strong focus on sustainable movement, improved mobility, and long-term wellbeing. My aim is to create a welcoming space where you feel supported to move well and feel good in your body.
