I’m so glad you’ve found your way here. I’m Bryony, the founder of Move Well Pilates — a space designed for all abilities, and backgrounds to move with purpose, strength, and confidence.
Why Move Well?
The name Move Well reflects what I truly believe: movement should feel good, build strength, and support everyday life — not just the time we spend exercising. Pilates gives us exactly that. It offers mobility, alignment, core control, and body awareness. Whether you're new to exercise, returning after a break, or simply wanting to feel stronger and more in tune with your body — this space is for you.
Why I Started This Journey
With a background in Health, Wellbeing, and Fitness, I’ve spent over a decade working and studying with individuals from all walks of life. I’m passionate about empowering others to move freely, build self-belief, and improve their everyday wellbeing.
What to Expect
My classes are beginner-friendly, down-to-earth, and rooted in Pilates principles — with a few extras to make them special. Think calm music, positive affirmations, and a community-focused vibe. We prioritise quality over quantity, encouraging slow, intentional movements and attention to breath, posture, and alignment.
