The 24-Day Christmas Pilates & Wellbeing Challenge is a fun, festive and structured countdown designed to keep you strong, focused and energised throughout December. Each day gives you ONE specific task—a targeted Pilates mini-workout, strength drill, mobility flow or wellbeing action—so you stay consistent without feeling overwhelmed during a busy month. The challenge blends Pilates, strength, balance, mobility, steps and mindful habits, helping you move daily, support your mood, and stay connected to healthy routines while still enjoying the Christmas season. Each daily task takes between 5–15 minutes and is suitable for all levels, with many movements based on classical Pilates principles. ⭐ Challenge Disclaimer Please complete all exercises within your own ability and comfort level.
